Working Principle:
The ATFD pilot plant works by spreading feed material as a thin film on the heated inner wall of a cylindrical shell using a rotating agitator. Under controlled temperature and vacuum conditions, rapid evaporation occurs, leaving behind dry solids discharged continuously from the bottom.
